Here I gently lie in darkness
Seeing lights between my eyes
Reverberations of the heavens
Coming down from the skies

Something's happening
But what it is I can't explain

Are we dreaming this together
In a never-ending daze?
Or am I frozen in reflection
Seeking patterns in a maze?

Something happened here
And I'm probably to blame

Here I gently lie in darkness
Feeling colder than I should
Murmuring voices in the distance
Whispered chatter through the wood

But in this box I shall remain
